Teams

NDSTLT is comprised of four teams:

  • The Teaching and Learning Technologies team, based in DeBartolo Hall, works to transform learning at Notre Dame by leveraging deep expertise in emerging technologies, research-based strategies, and best practices in teaching and learning in collaboration with faculty. Our dedicated staff researches and implements innovative technology integrations to our core learning management systems.
  • The Audio Video Technologies team, with offices in Debartolo Hall, serves to amplify the University’s impact through the use of audiovisual and classroom technologies. We work directly with administration departments and academic units to design intuitive, integrated experiences that are secure, reliable, and sustainable.
  • The Multimedia Production team operates from the Rex and Alice A. Martin Media Center located on the first floor of Corbett Family Hall and the Fighting Irish Media Center in the Joyce Center. Our staff members possess a wide range of expertise in multimedia technologies to support academic, athletic, cultural, and faith-based campus live audio and video production and events, and subsequent video asset management. We manage live streaming and virtual event production, including the operation of a global classroom allowing faculty to teach more effectively to remote students.
  •  The IT Architecture and Zoom Enterprise team, with offices in the Martin Media Center and the Information Technologies Center, vets and advises on media and learning environment technology infrastructure to ensure seamless integration with enterprise IT standards and a forward-looking approach to emerging technologies. Additionally, the team manages the video conferencing service most notably provided through Zoom.
